Commitment To Excellence
To Our Valued Customers,
Quality is widely used as a differentiating factor among nutritional supplement companiesin the health professional segment of our industry. Now that the FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are mandatory for all dietary supplement manufacturers, we at Pure Encapsulations felt it was important to clearly define what “Quality” means to us.
The fully implemented, FDA-mandated GMP regulations maintain that “the manufacturer of the dietary supplement is completely responsible for the identity, purity, strength, composition and stability of the finished product”. This published clause clearly places the final responsibility of “quality” on the manufacturer, not the distributor, marketing company, ingredient supplier or brand owner.
Since June 2010, FDA–GMP compliance has been mandatory for every nutritional supplement manufacturer in the U.S. While numerous independent certification programs, including NSF, NPA and ISO-9000, are available to verify compliance, the rigor and depth of an on-site FDA audit and inspection remains unmatched. In August 2009, Pure Encapsulations was inspected by the FDA. We met and exceeded all requirements and standards of the current FDA-GMP regulations.
As the manufacturer, Pure Encapsulations is solely responsible for the identity, purity and composition of every finished product. Our products are manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility, which also houses our corporate headquarters and our complete staff of professionals.
Since our inception in 1991, we have maintained tenets of manufacturing excellence that thoroughly align with today’s FDA-GMP definitions of quality.
Our commitment to quality guarantees purity, potency and stability in every product. Upon receipt at our facility, each ingredient is identified and analyzed. Finished products are tested for potency and purity through independent laboratories using the most validated analytical methods. We guarantee that every finished product meets label claim from the time of manufacturing through the date of expiration, or “best-by” date.
Multiple sources and levels of quality exist for almost every ingredient in the marketplace. Therefore, quality assurance begins at the earliest stage of product development, in which we select only the purest ingredients with clinically relevant potencies. Pure Encapsulations maintains a comprehensive staff of clinical and scientific experts including biochemists, nutritionists and physicians dedicated to sourcing the most clinically effective ingredients available.
Quality is not merely a descriptive label, but an unconditional adherence to clearly defined standards of excellence in every aspect of sourcing, manufacturing and testing of nutritional supplements. At Pure Encapsulations, we guarantee quality at every step, from start to finish, to consistently deliver purity and potency in every finished product.
Thank you for your continued loyalty and business.
