Now that the FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are mandatory for all dietary supplement manufacturers, we at Pure Encapsulations felt it was important to clearly define what “Quality” means to us.

This published clause clearly places the final responsibility of “quality” on the manufacturer, not the distributor, marketing company, ingredient supplier or brand owner.

Since June 2010, FDA–GMP compliance has been mandatory for every nutritional supplement manufacturer in the U.S. While numerous independent certification programs, including NSF, NPA and ISO-9000, are available to verify compliance, the rigor and depth of an on-site FDA audit and inspection remains unmatched. In August 2009, Pure Encapsulations was inspected by the FDA. We met and exceeded all requirements and standards of the current FDA-GMP regulations.

As the manufacturer, Pure Encapsulations is solely responsible for the identity, purity and composition of every finished product. Our products are manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility, which also houses our corporate headquarters and our complete staff of professionals.
